Refunds And Returns
Except for underwear* you may return items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the item is in original condition as sold. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At Etiko we are more than happy to arrange an exchange for our customers ordered products as long as it meets the following criteria.
- Product is returned in re-sellable condition
- Contact with Etiko to organise exchange has been made within 28 days of order receive date
- Specially discounted items may not be returned unless they are faulty.
Please send your return products back to our warehouse including a note containing your order number and what you would prefer the product to be exchanged with.
Please include an Australia Post satchel (self addressed) so we can return your product to you promptly.
Returns are processed every Wednesday.
*For hygiene reasons underpants are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
