We are looking for a sales person who is confident and a self-starter. Someone who recognises and values outstanding customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly-motivated individual, be flexible in your approach and be willing to undertake a variety of tasks to ensure growth in sales.

You will be responsible for growing channel sales through retail outlets for our range of ethical, fair-trade certified fashion range which includes shoes and clothing.


The position is suited to someone who has experience building and growing B2B sales, and personal values that resonate with our clothing brand and customers.


Key responsibilities


  • Work autonomously – manage monthly calls and visits

  • Achieve forecasted sales targets

  • Develop and nurture long term relationships with your customers

  • Work collaboratively with the Etiko team

  • Identify and capitalise opportunities to build and increase sales and profit within your territory

  • Ensure that products are properly displayed in stores as well as on online

  • Ensure retailers and retail staff have the correct information and comprehensive knowledge about our products and USP

  • Maintain and update contact details via our CRM

  • Expand and grow merchandise and wholesale division

  • Maintain regular contact with stores

  • Target new retailers (zoos, eco stores, department stores etc etc)





  • Proven B2B sales experience and experience selling or ranging fashion

  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationships management skills

  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Google Drive

  • Access to a car and current driver’s license


Highly Desirable

  • Previous experience with an ethical/purpose based organisation, such as a not-for-profit or social enterprise. (May include voluntary experience).

  • Understanding of the principles of Fair Trade
