FAQ's

1. How do I place my order?

The most favoured method of placing an order is through our easy to use, secure website. However if you prefer you may also email us your order. To email your order please type out what you would like and email it to us on admin@etiko.com.au and we will get in touch with you to confirm your order and payment options. 

2. What payment options do you accept?

We have the following payment options available:

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. For any orders outside Australia please reffer to XE Personal Currency Assistant.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If your Etiko order is in stock, we ship within 3 business days. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Croydon South, Victoria, Australia. Within Australia we normally ship via Fastway, the courier company or Australia Post. Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2-3 days at an Australian address, 4-5 days if you’re in New Zealand and within 7–10 days everywhere else. If the item you desire is not in stock, a message will appear at the top of the screen upon attempting to place the item in your shopping cart regarding the item's unavailability. You will not be able to purchase the item at that time and your shopping cart will remain empty. If you would like to pre-order an item that is sold out then please contact us via admin@etiko.com.au and we will advise you when products will be next available

4. FREE* delivery when you spend over $150. What's the catch?

Etiko’s FREE delivery over $150 is limited to Australian Residents and FREE delivery for New Zealand Residents on orders over $200! Unfortunately we cannot offer this special to other overseas customers or customers wishing to send parcels overseas as shipping costs vary in relation to which country the parcel is being sent to. Should you wish to send a parcel overseas, or live overseas yourself, let us know as you checkout and we will contact you regarding your freight charges. For more information visit shipping.

5. How does my loved one receive their gift voucher?

After selecting your gift voucher and completing Checkout you will be sent an email from us with your gift voucher attached. It is at this stage that you will be able to add your own personal touch to the voucher such as your name, your loved one's name and a message. You then have the choice of printing your gift certificate out (to take to the recipient), posting the gift voucher or emailing it forward to the recipient.

Each gift voucher has a unique code attached to it enabling the recipient to redeem the voucher. They simply log on to our website, select their chosen items and enter the voucher code on the Cart page in the box marked Enter Voucher Code. It is as simple as that! 

6. If I am not happy with my purchase can I return it?

If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us (within 7 days of receiving your purchase) to organise an exchange or refund. Your return must first be reported to us and then returned within 30 days from the date that you received it.

The item must be in its original condition, (unused, including original tags) and Etiko Fair Trade will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item once received. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Postage and handling of products is not refundable and an additional delivery fee will be applied for all exchanged items.

Please Note: SALE items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Return of Faulty Items:

Etiko prides itself on the quality of our products. We carefully check all products and packaging upon receiving the goods before selling them to on to our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive a item that is faulty, damaged or defective you must report it to us within 30 days from date received and we will organise a replacement item or issue you a full refund once we have received the item. If you would like a replacement item Etiko will incur the postage and handling of the faulty product and the replacement item.

7. I purchased my item a week ago and it still has not arrived. What's happened?

Please note that we are based in Victoria and normal delivery times can take up to 5 business days if you are located inter-state, longer if you live in a remote region. However if you are experiencing delays longer than 7 business days please contact us via email or phone so we can investigate the matter further. If you are an overseas customer delivery times may vary from 7 to 15 days, depending on the delivery method used.

8. How do I know Etiko will not sell my personal information?

Etiko Pty Ltd, owners and operators of this website, will NOT trade, sell, or give away your personal information under any circumstances without your express e-mailed permission. Period. We sell fair trade products …not names.
